Plus, you get to eat the fruits of your labor. The weekend includes a Minnesota Craft Spirits Tasting & Welcome Gathering, spectacular maple-inspired feasts, including a Maple Flap Jack Fest, and much more.
Starting at $119 per adult, per night (children 17 and under are FREE)
Includes lodging, plus all maple activities and meals. Each resort guest receives a bottle of Sweet Ann’s Small-Batch Maple Syrup.
TO RESERVE YOUR MAPLE VACATION, CALL: (218) 678-2885 AND ASK FOR RESERVATIONS.
Maple Syrup Making Experience
$60 per adult; $25 per child (17 and under)
Includes Maple 101 class, maple tapping and sap collection, and a tour of Clayhill Farms to turn the sap into syrup. Includes a tasting. Each paid participant receives a bottle of Sweet Ann’s Small-Batch Maple Syrup.
Weather determines when and if the maple sap flows. This weekend was selected because it historically is prime time for maple tapping in our region. In the event that sap is not flowing during this weekend, the program will be modified to exclude tapping and collection. The rest of the program will go on as scheduled. If 2020 is the rare spring when sap does not flow at all, we will contact you to cancel the event and fully refund you.
About Sweet Ann’s Small-Batch Maple Syrup
Named after Ruttger’s matriarch Ann Ruttger, this maple syrup produced by Clayhill Farm for Ruttger’s uses the sap from the Ruttger’s own maple trees. It is small-batch, artisan maple syrup of the highest quality. Harry and Judy Worm of Clayhill Farm follow traditional, time-tested maple syrup processing techniques, and do no include any additives or preservatives. This is pure 100% organic goodness.
