The centerpiece of Beer and Bacon Bonanza! Enjoy a spectacular feast prepared by Executive Chef Sam Shaw and our culinary team with lots and lots of porkalicious food. Plus, legal adults can sample great beers from local and state craft breweries. Get one FREE beer with your meal.

Seating 1:  4:30 – 5:15 p.m.
Seating 2:  5:15 – 6 p.m.
Seating 3:  6 – 6:45 p.m.

Ruttger’s Lodging Only Guests: $20 per adult, $10 for children 17 and under

Seating is first-come, first-served.  All registered guests will be given a “Whole Hog Pass” that admits you into all Beer and Bacon Bonanza activities

MENU: Ribs, pulled pork, Sweet Ann’s Maple Bacon Brats (made especially for the event by Wildcraft Meats of Aitkin, Minn.). pork chops, grilled corn on the cob, salads and sides. 

BEER: Beers from Cuyuna Brewing Company, Roundhouse, Jack Pine, Castle Danger, Bent Paddle Brewing, Bemidji Brewing, Beaver Island Brewing, Schell’s, Summit and more will be available for sampling.
