Bartender - Bear Pine Bar & Grill
You must be 18+
Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the Bear Pine Bar. Takes drink and/or food orders from guests or servers. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Serves wine, bottled and/or draught beer and ale. Rings drink orders into POS system, collects payments and makes change as necessary. Washes and sterilizes glass and stemware. Sets up portable bars at on and off site locations.
Responsible for keeping all lobbies, restrooms, front desk, offices, kitchen, dining rooms, pools and bar areas clean and sanitary. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
Responsible for cleaning all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small kitchen equipment. Maintain the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.
Events Services Staff
Part of a team responsible for providing conference and event spaces set-up and clearing; barbeque and banquet set-up and tear down; set up all refreshment spaces for guests; set up, test, and properly store all Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment; maintain cleanliness and organization of the department areas; perform various deliveries to departments and guests.
Completes guest check-in procedures. Post charges to guest accounts. Cashes checks for guests according to approval policy. Completes guest check out procedures. Settles guest accounts. Handles cash, checks, credit cards, and direct billing requests properly. Balances cash and all transactions at the close of each shift. Operates POS system, and runs daily reports. Manages safe deposit boxes and room keys, according to policies and procedures. Assists during any emergencies and follows proper procedures.
Line Cooks - Ruby's Dining Room
Perform food production and presentation as directed by management. Portions and prepares food items prior to cooking. Prepares menu items per order, plating and garnishing cooked items. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
Manager on Duty (MOD)
Responsible for resort operations on scheduled shift when other managers are not available. Acts as resort representative while communicating and resolving issues with guests and vendors. Perform outstanding guest service on a daily basis. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
Responsible for selling room nights and plans to families. Create reservations, confirmations, modifications, cancellations. Helps front desk when needed. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
Strip bed linens; vacuum; dust; scrub sinks, tubs, toilets; sweep and mop floors. Clean fixtures; wash windows & mirrors. Make beds.
Salad Prep - Ruby's Dining Room
Responsible for all cold food items prepared in resort kitchens. Ensures that all products meet Ruttger’s quality standards. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.
